Performance & Talent Management Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to shape performance, talent and career development across the Nelt Group. This role goes beyond maintaining existing processes – you will partner with business leaders and HR teams to design modern talent management practices, enhance SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and help build a future‑ready organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and HR teams in planning and executing performance management and Talent Review cycles.
• Design and continuously improve the Group framework for performance, talent assessment, potential evaluation and succession planning.
• Develop methodologies, standards and tools to ensure consistent application across all Nelt markets.
• Lead data analysis on performance and talent, turning insights into actionable recommendations for employee development, internal mobility and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders on talent decisions.
• Own the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Succession module and work with IT and external partners on its evolution.
• Drive digitalisation of HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors, Power Platform and AI solutions.
• Monitor HR trends and translate them into practical solutions that improve leader and employee experience.

Required profile

• University degree (VII level).
• 3‑5 years of experience in performance management and talent management.
• Proven experience designing and leading performance, talent and succession processes.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS/ERP systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret HR data.
• Independent, proactive and comfortable working with senior leadership.
• Advanced English proficiency.
