Project Manager – EMEA (Remote)

About the role

360dialog is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead EMEA client onboarding and WhatsApp campaign delivery. The role is fully remote and contract‑based, supporting a fast‑growing performance messaging platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client onboarding, including WhatsApp Business API setup, number registration, template approvals and technical integration.
• Plan, schedule and monitor WhatsApp campaign send‑outs, handling template classification and delivery troubleshooting.
• Serve as primary contact for enterprise clients, run status calls and manage escalations.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering and Support to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines and status tracking, and improve onboarding/playbook processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience in SaaS, martech or B2B tech environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across product, engineering and sales teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience defining and reporting on KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages a plus.

Required skills

• Agile/Scrum and Waterfall (or hybrid) project methodologies.
• Project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• WhatsApp Business API and Meta Business ecosystem knowledge.
• CRM/Salesforce integration and API development experience.
