Project Manager – Strategic Transformation

About the role

You will play a key role in driving strategic and transformation initiatives across the Company. You will manage enterprise‑level projects and deliver flexible, simplified, and scalable solutions that support the Company’s ambitions in a fast‑changing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional Commercial, Technology, AI, Finance and Organizational transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost and quality.
• Facilitate strategic topics, structure initiatives and create actionable plans within your project domain.
• Report progress, risks and decisions to the Executive Team, Steering Committee, PMO and senior stakeholders.
• Engage and coordinate stakeholders at all levels, applying appropriate project‑management methodologies.
• Monitor performance, drive corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.
• Handle project tracking, reporting (KPIs), post‑project evaluations and other PMO duties.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional internal teams while managing vendors and external partners.
• Drive governance, decision‑making and risk‑mitigation across workstreams.

Required profile

• College/University degree.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in project management.
• Track record of managing diverse, large‑scale projects.
• Familiarity with risk‑management processes, dependency management and portfolio concepts.
• Experience with vendors’ systems implementation.
• Good understanding of Telco/Fiber business and related processes.
• Excellent English language skills.

Required skills

• Advanced PC skills, including MS Project (or similar) and Microsoft Visio.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot.
• Knowledge of project‑management methodologies (PMI certification is a plus).
