FTTH Field Technician – Fiber Optic Splicer

About the role

BrzNet is expanding its next‑generation fiber network across Belgrade. As an FTTH Field Technician you will be the face of the company, delivering flawless installations and a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Connect residential and commercial subscribers to the FTTH network.
• Work in floor distribution boxes, splice optical fibers, and commission customer equipment.
• Execute clean, aesthetically tidy cable routing with zero unnecessary clutter.
• Measure optical link parameters and verify signal levels before handover.
• Maintain polite, professional, and respectful communication during every visit.

Required profile

• High personal standards and pedantic approach (clean work on the first visit).
• Professional and polite communication etiquette.
• Technical aptitude and manual dexterity (fiber experience is a plus, but full training is provided).
• Active Category B driver licence.
