Scrum Master – Agile Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to help launch a new Agile team and embed effective Scrum practices across distributed locations. You will guide the team, facilitate collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in delivery and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) for distributed teams.
• Coach the team and Product Owner on Agile and Scrum principles.
• Identify, manage, and remove impediments that affect delivery.
• Monitor progress, scope, timelines, quality, and dependencies of projects.
• Ensure alignment with other Scrum teams and SAFe guidelines.
• Foster a transparent, safe environment for open discussion and problem‑solving.
• Support the ramp‑up of a new Scrum team within a large‑scale Agile (SAFe) environment.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Leader.
• Hands‑on experience with Scrum in distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and large‑scale Agile environments.
• Strong facilitation, conflict‑resolution and team‑empowerment abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
