Junior Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist

Behind every seamless device experience is someone who made it possible. We are looking for a Junior MDM Specialist in the macOS, iOS and Android field to help shape the future of secure and scalable device management at TX Group.

Key responsibilities

• Support the MDM roadmap, architecture and standards, defining and enforcing security policies, compliance requirements and data‑protection mechanisms for macOS, iOS and Android devices.
• Develop and implement automated, contact‑less enrollment and deployment processes using Apple DEP/Business Manager and other tools.
• Monitor, patch and configure the MDM environment to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Deploy enterprise applications and profile configurations via the MDM platform while minimizing disruption.
• Maintain documentation, operating manuals and disaster‑recovery procedures for all MDM‑managed services.
• Analyze tickets and monitoring data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for proactive optimisation.

Required profile

• Experience with Apple‑centric MDM systems (policies, extension attributes, patch management) for macOS/iOS fleets.
• Familiarity with other MDM tools such as Workspace ONE, Kandji or MobileIron.
• Proficiency in Bash/Zsh scripting to create custom extension attributes and remediation workflows.
• Understanding of macOS internal security mechanisms (Gatekeeper, XProtect, TCC permissions, kernel/system extensions).
• Ability to manage the full device lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning.
• Capability to assess the current device environment, visualise a future state and contribute to a roadmap.
• Skill in translating complex technical configurations into self‑help articles for end users.
• Willingness to train L1/L2 support staff in troubleshooting MDM systems.
