Senior Business Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Controller to join our Shared Service Center in New Belgrade. You will act as the financial lead for a strategic customer account, overseeing the full P&L, profitability, cost drivers, and revenue performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the P&L for a strategic customer, preparing and presenting monthly financial packs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions with the customer together with the account director and support contract negotiations.
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analyses against targets.
• Conduct profit‑centre analysis, balance‑sheet reconciliations, stock reconciliations, and inter‑company invoicing.
• Maintain multi‑currency reconciliations, ensure internal controls, and support audit processes.
• Collaborate with category managers to launch new product ranges and drive profitability.

Required profile

• Proactive finance professional with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior‑level audiences.
• Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with both internal teams and the customer.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement of processes and reporting.
