Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

MaxBet is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development and evolution of its visual brand across digital and print channels. You will shape the brand’s design strategy, mentor the creative team and deliver high‑impact visual solutions that support marketing and product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee the brand’s design strategy in line with marketing objectives.
• Conceptualise and produce innovative visual concepts that strengthen brand identity.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, visual standards and assets.
• Lead, coach and ensure consistent, high‑quality output from the creative team.
• Create advanced graphics, illustrations and layouts for web, mobile, social media and print.
• Support marketing and communication campaigns with compelling visual assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and product teams to guarantee brand consistency.
• Stay current with design trends, tools and technologies to continuously improve creative performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (EQF level 6 or 7) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
