Senior Integrated Talent Management Specialist – South East Europe

About the role

Join PMI’s Talent Management team as a Senior Integrated Talent Management Specialist for the South East Europe (SEE) cluster. You will support the execution of the global Talent Strategy for roughly 1,000 employees, driving talent, performance, and learning initiatives that align with both global plans and local business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement talent and performance management cycles in line with global deployment plans.
• Coordinate annual talent review cycles, ensuring adherence to principles, Build‑Buy‑Borrow planning, and accountability.
• Execute performance management processes, including performance improvement plans and merit‑based assessments.
• Partner with the ITM Manager and HR Business Partners to design holistic skill‑building approaches.
• Deploy leadership and learning strategies, both global/regional and local, to accelerate talent development.
• Identify learning needs, support leadership development programs, and monitor Individual Development Plans.
• Contribute to strategic workforce planning and propose Build‑Buy‑Borrow initiatives.
• Manage budgets related to talent, performance, and learning initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, specifically in talent and performance management.
• Proven success designing and delivering integrated talent, performance, and learning solutions.
• Strong analytical and change‑management capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
