Senior Product Designer, B2B Lifecycle

About the role

Tabby is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the end‑to‑end experience for its B2B partners. You will simplify complex onboarding, activation, and management flows, turning legal and regulatory requirements into intuitive, human‑centred interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end onboarding and activation flows for business partners, from first entry to a fully active account.
• Transform document‑heavy, regulated processes into clear, guided experiences with transparent statuses and meaningful feedback.
• Create activation experiences that help partners understand available financial products, their value, and how to use them.
• Develop tools that enable partners to manage organizational structures, teams, roles, and permissions within the product.
• Collaborate closely with a Product Manager to translate business requirements into design solutions.
• Work with UX Researchers to validate assumptions and with a UX Writer to make complex content readable.
• Partner with engineering throughout delivery and ensure high quality of shipped features.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, including work on complex, logic‑heavy products.
• Strong systems thinking; comfortable handling multi‑step flows, edge cases, states, and rules.
• Ability to simplify intricate processes and present them in a user‑friendly manner.
