Senior Designer (Graphic & Motion) – Fixed-Term Contract (3 months)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Designer specialized in graphic and motion to join our Belgrade office on a three‑month fixed‑term contract. You will create high‑impact visual communications, blending traditional design with AI‑assisted workflows to deliver compelling digital and print assets.

Key responsibilities

• Take briefs from various departments and develop concepts, graphics, motion and animation for web, digital advertising, email, social media, direct mail and offline print.
• Use AI‑powered design tools (generative image, video and motion) to prototype ideas quickly and produce production‑ready assets while maintaining brand standards.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, marketers and copywriters to integrate motion and interactive elements that reinforce key messaging.
• Present concepts, AI‑generated explorations and motion storyboards to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
• Act as the brand and creative champion, ensuring consistent application of AI‑assisted design across all outputs.
• Monitor website KPI targets and test the impact of motion and AI‑generated variants on performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging motion‑design techniques and AI tools, bringing fresh ideas into the team.

Required profile

• Senior‑level designer with strong creative judgement and a passion for blending design with new technologies.
• Excellent collaborative and presentation skills, able to advocate for responsible AI use.
• Customer‑focused mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve user experience through visual and motion design.

Required skills

• Proficiency in motion‑design software such as After Effects or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted design tools (generative image, video, motion).
• Strong digital and print design capabilities.
