Senior Product Designer – Marketplace & Loyalty

About the role

Tabby is building a new marketplace, loyalty program, and cashback experience inside its money app used by millions. As a Senior Product Designer you will own the design of this product area from concept to production, shaping its visual language and interaction flow.

Key responsibilities

• Design the deals marketplace, loyalty and cashback features from scratch, delivering high‑fidelity UI ready for development.
• Develop a deep understanding of product logic, business goals and user needs for every feature.
• Partner with the Product Manager to translate business requirements into design solutions that drive metrics.
• Collaborate daily with UX Researchers to validate hypotheses and ground decisions in user insights.
• Work with a UX Writer to ensure clear, consistent product copy.
• Coordinate with engineering throughout delivery and own the quality of shipped experiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, including consumer‑facing products at scale.
• Strong product thinking – equal focus on business outcomes and user experience.
• Portfolio showing end‑to‑end ownership from problem framing to polished UI.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams with PMs, researchers, writers and engineers.
• High visual and interaction design standards with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, zero‑to‑one product spaces and leveraging AI tools to work faster.
