Senior React Native Developer – Health Tech

About the role

We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer to join a fast‑growing health‑tech team. In this hands‑on role you will lead the creation of a modern mobile platform that enhances the health benefits experience for users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality mobile applications using React Native.
• Lead feature development from concept through production, ensuring performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend engineers to define solutions.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third‑party services and libraries.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs, crashes and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain clean, scalable, well‑documented code and contribute to testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
• Stay current with React Native, mobile development and healthcare technology trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with React Native, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience delivering production apps for both iOS and Android.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, AWS or Firebase, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play deployment processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Passion for building impactful health‑tech products.
