Senior SAP GRC Consultant (Access Control)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP GRC Consultant specialized in Access Control to join our team. The professional will take ownership of access governance, resolve complex authorization challenges, and strengthen the security posture of our clients across diverse SAP landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain PFCG, composite and derived roles for secure access management.
• Administer user master records and assign authorizations using SU01 and SU10.
• Analyze and resolve authorization issues with SU53, ST01, and SU24.
• Identify and mitigate Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts to ensure risk compliance.
• Perform authorization updates and execute SU25 steps during system upgrades.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Security and Authorizations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA or SAP Fiori authorizations.
• Fluent in Serbian and proficient English (B2 or higher).
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with business and audit teams.
