ServiceNow Request/Catalog Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Request/Catalog Consultant to join our global team and help design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions. You will work closely with process analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions, including catalog items, service offerings, and fulfillment flows.
• Develop and maintain catalog forms, variables, approvals, and associated workflows.
• Support consolidation and redesign of existing ordering channels into a unified ServiceNow Service Catalog.
• Develop workflows and automation using ServiceNow workflow and Flow Designer to streamline request fulfillment.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of catalog functionality.
• Collaborate with platform administrators, developers, and cross‑functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience as a Service Catalog Developer, preferably within ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional project teams.
• Advanced English and German language proficiency.

• Understanding of IT service request management and fulfillment processes.
