Senior Flutter Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our development team and take an active role in building, improving, and maintaining modern mobile applications for both Android and iOS. In this role you will go beyond writing code, contributing to technical and architectural decisions, proposing scalable solutions, and sharing knowledge with less experienced developers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex features for Flutter‑based mobile applications.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and define scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Integrate REST, GraphQL and Firebase services, as well as third‑party native libraries.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage publishing processes on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• Proven track record of building and publishing production‑level Flutter apps for Android and iOS.
• Degree in Informatics, Computing, Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ownership of technical decisions.
