Services Marketing Manager

About the role

NCR Atleos is seeking an experienced B2B Services Marketing Manager to join its Telecom & Technology (T&T) Marketing team in Belgrade. The role will partner closely with solution management and sales to understand target markets, create compelling content, and execute integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and demand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of T&T industry segments, technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with solution management, sales, and subject‑matter experts to craft product positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market materials.
• Create and maintain marketing content and sales enablement tools such as presentations, digital collateral, videos, case studies, and training materials.
• Support product launches and integrated campaigns by developing content, messaging, and promotional assets.
• Identify business opportunities and help design campaign strategies aligned with objectives.
• Execute demand‑generation programs across digital channels, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and other platforms.
• Develop thought‑leadership content to increase brand awareness and market visibility.
• Partner with Corporate Marketing and Creative Services to deliver high‑quality campaigns and assets.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future efforts.
• Build strong relationships across product management, sales, creative services, and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within technology, telecommunications, software, or services organisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting product marketing, demand generation, content development, or digital marketing initiatives.
• Background in technology services, channel marketing, or alliance marketing is advantageous.
