Sourcing & Recruiting Specialist – Europe (French & English)

About the role

As a Specialist in the Center of Excellence for Sourcing & Recruiting, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for MAHLE’s European operations, focusing on candidates who speak French and English. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every applicant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for open positions in your assigned area.
• Screen applications, conduct assessments, and lead telephone and face‑to‑face interviews.
• Develop and execute creative search strategies to build proactive candidate pipelines.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with internal and external talent networks.
• Guide hiring managers through selection, onboarding, and ensure smooth hand‑overs to HR partners.
• Collaborate with global MAHLE recruiters and share market insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with recruiting trends and continuously improve sourcing concepts.

Required profile

• Advanced studies in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting and onboarding.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Agile mindset, team‑player attitude and a focus on continuous learning.
