Supply Operations Lead

About the role

Glovo is looking for a Supply Operations Lead to own and shape the end‑to‑end supply strategy for its Serbian market. You will be responsible for driving operational performance, balancing speed, cost, and courier earnings while ensuring a fast, reliable customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own core supply metrics such as Delivery Time, Choice Index, Utilisation Rate and drive strategies to improve them.
• Lead a team of two Operations Analysts, fostering a data‑driven analytical engine.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Q‑Commerce, Finance and Global Logistics teams to align on growth plans and operational challenges.
• Design, pilot and scale localized experiments to test operational hypotheses.
• Escalate operational risks to global functional leads and negotiate localized solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations, supply chain or logistics leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent people leadership and mentorship skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
