Talent Product Consultant Learning and Development – Assistant Director

About the role

EY is seeking a Talent Product Consultant in Learning & Development to lead the firm‑wide deployment of Microsoft Viva Learning. The role will act as a trusted partner to the Global L&D Product Owner and senior talent leaders, shaping strategy, road‑maps and adoption across a complex global stakeholder landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Global L&D Product Owner and functional leads to define direction, align priorities and advance Microsoft Viva Learning as a global learning platform.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear road‑maps, governance structures and measurable success outcomes.
• Drive platform adoption, engagement and business impact across regional and functional teams.
• Use data, insights and stakeholder feedback to inform decisions, optimise performance and improve the learner experience.
• Serve as the central liaison between Talent, Technology and regional stakeholders to transform learning curation, delivery and experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product ownership, platform leadership or digital product delivery.
• Strong background in Talent, Learning & Development or HR transformation.
• Hands‑on experience with Learning Experience Platforms, preferably Microsoft Viva Learning and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and lead change in a global environment.
