Turkish Workforce Management Specialist – Igaming

About the role

We are seeking a Turkish‑speaking Workforce Management Specialist to join our Igaming team in Belgrade. The role focuses on optimizing staffing plans, forecasting demand and ensuring smooth operations across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement workforce management strategies aligned with Igaming operational goals.
• Analyse staffing needs, forecast requirements and produce accurate schedules.
• Monitor real‑time schedule performance and adjust resources to meet dynamic demand.
• Utilise workforce management software for data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, operations and other departments to align workforce plans with business objectives.
• Identify trends, provide insights and recommend improvements for resource optimisation.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in workforce management, preferably within the Igaming sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organised.
