Visa Consultant

About the role

As a Visa Consultant for CIBT, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking visa, passport, and related consular services. Working remotely with occasional visits to the Belgrade office, you will ensure that travel documents are processed efficiently and accurately for multinational corporations, governments, travel agencies, and individual travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert email and phone support to guide customers through visa and passport applications.
• Verify that all submitted documents meet current requirements and are complete.
• Maintain real‑time communication with clients, offering status updates throughout the processing cycle.
• Document all interactions and case details in CIBT’s secure database, adhering to data‑retention policies.
• Stay informed on product enhancements, regulatory changes, and system updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Graduate‑level degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong client‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage high‑volume workloads while maintaining accuracy.
• Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with legal and company standards.
