YouTube & Creator Partnerships Strategist Lead

About the role

Windsor.ai is looking for a hands‑on YouTube & Creator Partnerships Strategist Lead to own and grow its YouTube channel while driving the affiliate and co‑marketing ecosystem. You will create video content, guide external creators, and collaborate with partners to showcase Windsor’s data‑integration platform.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, edit and publish YouTube videos (tutorials, demos, use‑cases) and repurpose them as Shorts for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Develop a weekly content calendar that captures audience attention and drives engagement.
• Manage relationships with data‑marketing influencers, YouTube creators, LinkedIn voices and newsletter writers.
• Lead Windsor’s affiliate network, providing scripts, assets and strategic direction to creators earning a 30% lifetime revenue share.
• Coordinate co‑marketing initiatives with solution partners, creating joint case studies, templates and featured content.

Required profile

• Deep familiarity with YouTube as a creator – you have built or grown a channel and understand the platform’s mechanics.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera and handling all stages of video production.
• Ability to transform a single long‑form video into a week’s worth of varied content.
• Experience managing influencer or creator relationships and delivering clear briefs.
• Fast, AI‑assisted workflow mindset using modern content tools.
