Account Manager – German speaker (Remote)

About the role

Finom is looking for a German‑speaking Account Manager to own a portfolio of high‑value customers across European markets. This remote position treats the portfolio as a sales territory, focusing on relationship building, revenue growth and product adoption. You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive expansion in key EU countries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and actively engage a portfolio of 1,000+ high‑value clients across Europe.
• Conduct proactive outreach using data‑driven triggers to address customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers and become the trusted point of contact.
• Drive revenue growth, retention and adoption of Finom’s product suite.
• Monitor churn metrics and ensure a positive growth state for the portfolio.

Required profile

• Fluent German (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, hungry and able to treat a portfolio like a sales territory.
• Experience in B2B account management or sales, preferably in fintech.
• Resident in Spain, Poland, Cyprus, Portugal, Hungary, Greece, Serbia, Turkey, Bulgaria or another Eastern EU country.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across borders.
