Accounting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounting Manager to join our team. You will prepare internal reports and financial statements, and oversee the preparation and review of monthly client reports in the external accounting department.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare internal reports and financial statements.
• Oversee preparation and review of monthly client reports.
• Support creation of business plans and liquidity overviews for clients.
• Act as a liaison between accounting and advisory departments.
• Assist with the implementation of accounting software.
• Contribute to business valuation projects.
• Determine appropriate accounting treatment for transactions, ensuring IFRS and local compliance.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in business advisory or external audit projects.
• Strong understanding of IFRS.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• University degree in Economics, Business or related field.
• Certified Accountant qualification highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of taxation matters.
• Well‑organized, punctual, analytical and customer‑focused.
