Accounts Receivable Associate (Hybrid – Belgrade)

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our new Shared Service Center in Belgrade. The role will operate in a hybrid model, handling day‑to‑day AR transactions within a SAP S/4HANA environment and supporting finance operations across multiple European entities.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record daily Accounts Receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Allocate customer payments, maintain up‑to‑date account information and perform routine reconciliations.
• Review outstanding balances, follow up on payment discrepancies and support period‑end closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to customer accounts and AR entries.
• Provide AR‑related support to internal and external stakeholders and maintain process documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AR processes across European entities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting, preferably in a shared service or international setting.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail, organized and proactive attitude.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European language such as German is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP system.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Office suite.
