About the role

We are seeking an Administrative Worker to join our team in Belgrade as we launch a new showroom and warehouse. The role supports daily business operations through document preparation, archiving, inventory analysis, and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, delivery notes, contracts and other business documents.
• Archive and maintain company documentation.
• Carry out routine activities aimed at achieving business objectives.
• Analyse spare‑part inventory, communicate with suppliers and plan purchases.
• Assist colleagues in optimising business processes.
• Perform additional tasks related to the position as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent command of the English language.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Organised with strong communication skills.
• Responsible, loyal and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
