AI-Driven Full-Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑Driven Full‑Stack Developer to design and build cloud‑native web applications, experiment with AI‑driven development practices and help redefine software development at Nortal.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build cloud‑native web applications end‑to‑end, from React or Angular front‑ends to APIs, services and integrations.
• Apply AI‑driven development practices such as Spec‑Driven Development and Agentic Swarm Coding on client projects.
• Work hands‑on with modern AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex and GitHub Copilot.
• Contribute to redefining software development ways of working, not just following existing ones.
• Collaborate closely with clients and cross‑functional teams from design to production.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack engineering background (React or Angular front‑end; Java back‑end).
• Solid experience building responsive web front‑ends and cloud‑native APIs/services (REST and GraphQL).
• Practical understanding of how AI can improve software development workflows.
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt new development paradigms.
• Strong communication skills in English.
