AI Performance Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑focused AI Video Editor to join RYZE’s paid‑social advertising team. In this fast‑paced role you will turn raw footage, scripts and creative briefs into high‑converting short‑form ads for Meta, leveraging both traditional editing tools and cutting‑edge generative AI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into conversion‑oriented social ads for Meta.
• Transform scripts, storyboards and briefs into compelling short‑form videos.
• Use generative AI tools to create or enhance video, images, animations, product visuals, backgrounds, transitions and b‑roll.
• Experiment with AI platforms such as Higgsfield, Kling, OpenArt and emerging tools to develop new ad concepts.
• Produce multiple creative variations quickly, adjusting hooks, pacing, CTAs and messaging.
• Add captions, sound design, music, effects, motion graphics and ensure strong first‑second hooks.
• Maintain pacing, flow and visual hierarchy optimized for paid‑social performance.
• Incorporate feedback rapidly and manage several ad iterations simultaneously.
• Review basic performance metrics (thumb‑stop, hold rate, CTR, conversions) and translate insights into new creative tests.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI video and animation technologies to improve creative output.

Required profile

• 2+ years hands‑on video editing experience, preferably in performance marketing, paid social, DTC or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record creating short‑form paid‑social ads for Meta.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates performance‑driven creative and AI‑generated animation.
• Ability to work quickly, iterate frequently and solve creative problems under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro (primary editing tool).
• Adobe After Effects and Photoshop (working knowledge).
• Experience with AI video/creative platforms such as Higgsfield, Kling, OpenArt, Veo3 or similar.
