About the role
Creative Flywheel is looking for a senior‑level AI Video Editor and Creative Producer to own the full advertising creative cycle. You will work on direct‑to‑consumer supplement and skincare brands, turning data‑driven insights into high‑performing video ads that drive millions in revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze ad accounts, test results and competitor libraries to identify winning angles.
- Pitch concepts, write scripts and generate A‑roll/B‑roll footage using AI tools.
- Edit, render and deliver the final video ad to media buyers.
- Monitor performance on Meta, AppLovin and TikTok dashboards and iterate on successful creatives.
- Collaborate within a pod of Creative Producers, a Head of Growth and media buyers.
Required profile
- Senior‑level video editing experience or proven AI‑native editing background.
- Strong written English and an eye for what converts in paid media.
- Ability to work autonomously in an async‑first environment.
