Angular Front-End Engineer (Hybrid – Novi Sad/Belgrade)

About the role

We are looking for an Angular Front‑End Engineer to join Synechron’s consulting team in Serbia. The role is hybrid, based in either Novi Sad or Belgrade, and focuses on building responsive, high‑performance web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new user‑facing features using Angular (v10+).
• Build reusable, efficient front‑end components and integrate them with back‑end services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn design specifications into functional code.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Maintain code quality through clean documentation, code reviews and testing.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Angular best practices and emerging front‑end technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Front‑End Engineer with a strong focus on Angular.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and version‑control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
