Arhitekta projektant – projektovanje stambenih i poslovnih objekata

About the role

We are looking for a motivated architect designer to lead the design and permitting process for a variety of building projects, including multi‑family residential blocks, villas, commercial premises and hospitality facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept designs and detailed architectural projects for construction permits and execution.
• Prepare cost estimates, quantity take‑offs and tender documentation.
• Manage the electronic permit acquisition process and related documentation.
• Coordinate the work of all project participants, ensuring smooth collaboration.

Required profile

• At least one completed multi‑family residential project with a full permit process on CEOP (preferably over 1,000 m²).
• Experience in concept design, façade and interior styling, graphic annexes and visualisations.
• Strong creative sense and ability to produce high‑quality design solutions.

Required skills

• Excellent proficiency with CAD software.
• Knowledge of ArchiCAD or another BIM platform.
• Experience using 3D visualisation tools.
