Artwork Specialist – Packaging Design (Belgrade)

About the role

Join L'Oréal's Consumer Products Division in Belgrade as an Artwork Specialist. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and compliant product labels and packaging layouts across haircare, coloration, hygiene and skincare categories.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating design preparation and packaging adaptation for L’Oréal CPD products based on samples from international product development teams.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Legal, Scientific, Supply Chain, international teams and factories to ensure timely completion and validation of artwork.
• Working with local designers and translation agencies on a daily basis.
• Preparing product label layouts and organising production together with Product Managers and Physical Distribution.
• Optimising costs and processes for local layout adaptations and developments.
• Maintaining a database of all artworks and label layouts used within the CPD portfolio.
• Onboarding new Marketing and Scientific colleagues on design preparation and validation tools.
• Monitoring scientific regulations and updating artwork to meet compliance.

Required profile

• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree.
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Serbian and English.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational abilities.
• Ability to handle complex subjects and work under pressure.
• Analytical mindset and enjoyment of a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
