About the role

The Assistant Operator supports the production line at PepsiCo, ensuring smooth operation, product safety, and compliance with company procedures. This position works on shift schedules and contributes to meeting daily and weekly KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Start, stop, and adjust production lines according to PepsiCo procedures.
• Monitor and record process parameters hourly.
• Analyze process and product attribute results and adjust equipment as needed.
• Supply the line with raw material following traceability procedures.
• Track production performance to achieve KPI and WL goals.
• Conduct shift measurements, apply corrective actions, and minimize process losses.
• Perform specific line checks using safety checklists.
• Prepare shift reports with current production data and distribute them.
• Count raw material at cycle, weekly, and monthly intervals per global standards.
• Monitor water and gas consumption at shift level and promote resource sustainability.
• Participate in Quality Wall activities and perform E‑Stop verification.
• Carry out safety and health inspections on work equipment.
• Record line faults in QCDM documentation.
• Maintain 5S standards, reduce TIMWOODS losses, and keep the operator zone hygienic.
