Associate Product Manager, New Grad (2027) - Belgrade

About the role

Databricks is hiring an Associate Product Manager for its 2027 APM cohort in Belgrade. You will join a team working on customers' most challenging problems, with a dedicated manager and mentor, and connect with product managers, engineers, designers, account teams, other interns and company leaders. The company is also hiring for Amsterdam and Berlin.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the customer problem space and define the foundation for viable solutions
• Prototype and test early ideas with customers and engineers to validate direction before building
• Work with engineers and designers to ship features on the Databricks platform
• Own each project end to end: design, build, launch and iterate on feedback
• Build with scale, quality and security in mind from day one

Required profile

• Graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a bachelor's or master's in computer science or a related engineering field
• Hands-on, learns by doing, and enjoys building, testing and iterating
• Uses analytical skills to make data-driven decisions, such as analysing product usage
• Can explain complex topics simply and communicate nuance to engineers, customers and field partners, in writing and verbally
• Excited to solve ambiguous problems with a collaborative team and keeps learning

Required skills

• Experience using AI tooling for personal productivity and development projects
• Some first-hand experience with SQL and/or Python
