Attendance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Attendance Specialist to manage employee attendance and working‑time processes. The role ensures accurate, timely attendance data and supports the monthly payroll cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily attendance, working hours, employee schedules, and clock‑in/clock‑out records.
• Identify and follow up on missing records, absences, lateness, early departures, and schedule mismatches.
• Review leave and overtime applications, verifying approvals and supporting documents.
• Complete monthly attendance reconciliation and provide accurate data for payroll processing.
• Prepare attendance reports, investigate payroll discrepancies, and support attendance system improvements.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers while ensuring compliance with company policies and Serbian labor regulations.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in HR Operations, Attendance Management, Payroll Support, or a similar HR function.
• Experience in manufacturing or large‑workforce environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, confidentiality, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Good English communication skills.
