About the role
Minth Group is expanding its operations in the automotive sector and is seeking experienced managers to lead key functions such as quality, production, technology and project management. We are hiring managers across four key areas: quality, production, technology and project management. Open positions include Quality Manager, Production Manager, Technology Manager and Project Manager. Candidates will join a growing team focused on strengthening local management capabilities.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in the automotive or related manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience in team leadership and process management.
- Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
- Good command of English and a results‑oriented mindset.
