About the role
The Billing Analyst will coordinate and process billing activities for Magna entities, ensuring accurate invoicing and supporting the finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Compile billing data from various sources and prepare it for invoicing.
- Create and modify orders, billing documents, and invoices in SAP.
- Process customer complaints related to accounting and collaborate with global accounting and controlling teams.
- Provide general administrative support and act as backup for all billing regions.
Required profile
- Commercial knowledge or professional experience, preferably in accounting.
- Reliability, conscientiousness, and high quality awareness.
- Strong service orientation, teamwork ability, and proactive initiative.
- Holistic thinking, high motivation, resilience, and good communication skills.
Required skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Practical experience with SAP (desirable).
