About the role

As a Business Development Manager you will drive Huawei's growth strategy in Serbia, helping partners unlock new opportunities and accelerate their success.

Key responsibilities

• Support partners in developing new business opportunities and expanding technology portfolios.
• Translate global Huawei strategies into local market success and sustainable growth.
• Build trusted relationships with Huawei stakeholders, partners, and key decision‑makers.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and finance teams to deliver business results.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and execution excellence.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in partner/reseller sales, consulting or subscription solutions, preferably B2B.
• Proven success driving partner‑led pipeline and indirect sales motions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness of market dynamics and business growth drivers.
• Confidence engaging executive stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for technology, continuous learning and personal growth.
