Business Development Representative

About the role

As a Business Development Representative at Native Teams, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your main goal is to generate qualified pipeline by reaching out to target accounts, sparking meaningful conversations, and setting up high‑quality meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospects through cold outreach via email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Execute outbound sequences tailored to defined ICPs and market segments.
• Research target accounts to understand hiring plans and potential use cases.
• Maintain a consistent volume of qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team.
• Run structured qualification conversations and hand off prospects with clear notes.
• Log all activity, responses and prospect information accurately in HubSpot CRM.
• Track personal performance metrics such as outreach volume, reply rates and meetings booked.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and apply coaching feedback.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth handoffs.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach.
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative.
• Resilient, coachable and motivated by results.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment (any field) is a plus.
• No prior sales experience required; training will be provided.
