Client Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to work with our agency’s advertisers, helping them optimise their paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms. This role is hands‑on, focusing on assessing client setups, removing blockers and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business models, funnels and growth objectives.
• Provide hands‑on guidance on Meta Ads, Google Ads, account infrastructure and campaign setup.
• Create actionable onboarding and growth plans, identifying blockers, risks and scaling opportunities.
• Monitor client health proactively to prevent churn and work with Operations, Compliance, Performance and Partnerships to solve complex needs.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand clients across additional accounts, platforms and services.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering strategic advice.
• Strong understanding of funnels, campaign structures, advertising infrastructure and scaling challenges.
• Commercial mindset focused on client growth and retention.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and relationship‑management skills.
• Professional English proficiency.
