Clinical Application Specialist – Ultrasound

About the role

Philips is looking for a Clinical Application Specialist in Ultrasound to support healthcare teams across Serbia and Central‑Eastern Europe. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping physicians, sonographers and hospitals integrate Philips ultrasound solutions into daily practice.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate Philips ultrasound systems at customer sites, events and seminars.
• Provide clinical guidance on protocol optimisation, image quality and exam efficiency.
• Deliver after‑sales installation training and education to maximise system utilisation.
• Respond promptly to customer requests to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and partners on lead generation and sales support.
• Design and execute educational programmes for users.
• Train the sales force and indirect channel partners on product features and competitive landscape.
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
• Collect and relay product feedback to product management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or medical field.
• Clinical ultrasound background or prior experience as an Ultrasound Clinical Application Specialist (preferred).
• Strong understanding of ultrasound technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Organisational and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Fluent in Serbian and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hands‑on experience with ultrasound equipment and software.
