Clinical Supply Specialist – Remote (LATAM/Europe)

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Supply Specialist to lead the planning, implementation and monitoring of supply strategies for clinical studies across LATAM and Europe. Working remotely, you will collaborate with project teams, vendors and internal leadership to ensure study drug availability while controlling costs and maintaining quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall study supply and supply‑chain strategies to maximise efficiency and productivity.
• Optimise inventory levels to guarantee continuity of supply while minimising carrying costs.
• Oversee manufacturing and delivery processes, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Vendor Management and DLS Leadership on supply‑related decisions.
• Maintain detailed inventories of study drugs and create procedures that improve supply‑chain performance.
• Define and track key supply‑chain KPIs at both study and functional levels.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical research environment.
• Strong planning, logical, systematic approach and excellent time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Effective problem‑solving, strategic thinking and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Negotiation, influencing and business‑analysis experience.
• Understanding of risk management within the supply‑chain context.

• IT literacy and ability to handle electronic data.
