Cluster HR Manager (Serbia & North Macedonia)

About the role

A strategic Cluster HR Manager is sought to lead the Human Resources function across Serbia and North Macedonia. You will partner closely with the Cluster Leadership Team to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning and HR excellence, while ensuring compliance with local labor legislation and Group HR standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people matters and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives and Group HR priorities.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, capability building and change initiatives across the cluster.
• Lead regional and Group HR programs, applying HR policies consistently while respecting local legal requirements.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring, partner with managers on staffing needs, ensure a positive onboarding experience and drive employer branding.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development, and develop high-potential employees.
• Drive performance management, coach leaders on goal setting and reviews, run engagement initiatives and monitor retention, absenteeism and turnover.
• Advise on employee relations, workplace investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, and on compensation, benefits, salary reviews and reward programs.
• Analyze workforce data and HR metrics, report regularly to leadership and recommend actions on workforce risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
• Several years of progressive HR experience, including an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or countries is an advantage.
• Fluency in Serbian and English.
