Co-Founder & CEO

About the role

Nibblio is an AI‑native adaptive nutrition startup preparing its first external fundraising round. We are seeking a co‑founder to take the CEO seat and steer the company through market validation, fundraising, and go‑to‑market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own company strategy, including market entry, business model selection and overall direction.
• Lead end‑to‑end fundraising activities: craft narrative, build deck, manage investor pipeline, pitch, negotiate and close deals.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market plans for both B2C and B2B2C channels, including positioning, acquisition, pricing and revenue models.
• Oversee company operations such as hiring, budgeting, runway management, partnerships, contracts and IP structure.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a founder, CEO or senior startup operator with full company‑level responsibility.
• Proven track record of navigating post‑pitch challenges, including customer acquisition, investor negotiations and limited runway management.
• Comfort with making decisions under uncertainty and limited information.
