Commercial Attorney

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Attorney to join Wild Vision’s legal team in Belgrade. The successful candidate will independently manage commercial matters, lead negotiations and provide clear, practical legal advice to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements in English.
• Lead negotiations with creators, agencies, platforms, technology providers and other partners.
• Advise senior stakeholders on legal and commercial risk.
• Support content licensing, media distribution, technology, corporate and partnership matters.
• Manage matters from initial instruction through negotiation to execution.
• Assist with international and multi‑jurisdictional transactions.

Required profile

• Law degree and successful completion of the Serbian Bar Exam.
• Relevant post‑Bar experience in commercial, corporate or transactional work.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating contracts in English.
• Ability to distinguish material risk from theoretical risk.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, organization and follow‑through.
