Compensation & Benefits Manager

About the role

As the Compensation & Benefits Manager you will report directly to the Senior Director of HR and help shape Acronis' global compensation and benefits strategy. You will collaborate with a dedicated global compensation teammate and partner with a large, worldwide HR team to support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR business partners as a compensation subject‑matter expert, providing consultative guidance for reviews, benchmarking and problem‑solving.
• Manage job architecture, leveling, salary structures, pay ranges and benchmarking methodologies across geographies.
• Develop and maintain salary ranges based on market data, internal equity and location, and support annual programs such as bonuses, merit, promotions and LTI.
• Research global market data, salary surveys and compensation trends to design creative programs and drive pay‑transparency initiatives.
• Design, administer and continuously evaluate employee benefits programs, working with brokers and vendors to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality offerings.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in global compensation management.
• Proven ability to develop and communicate salary ranges and compensation frameworks to HR teams, managers and employees.
• Strong internal customer focus with the capacity to partner across multiple business levels.
• High attention to detail, disciplined execution and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Power Query and Power BI (or similar BI tools).
• Familiarity with AI tools for HR analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset for complex data interpretation.
