Corporate Risk Broking Associate Manager

About the role

WTW Serbia is hiring an experienced insurance professional to join the Corporate Risk Broking (CRB) team in Belgrade at the Associate Manager level. The role focuses on maintaining and developing client relationships, coordinating broking activities, and delivering high‑quality risk solutions in collaboration with local and international colleagues and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients across all tiers, ensuring high‑quality service and long‑term retention.
• Lead and coordinate insurance broking activities, from identifying client needs to designing specific solutions, obtaining quotations, negotiating terms, and presenting recommendations.
• Manage placements, renewals and administration of non‑life insurance programmes for clients.
• Liaise and negotiate with local and international insurers, reinsurers and WTW colleagues to secure appropriate coverage on competitive terms.
• Coordinate policy documentation, invoicing, premium and commission collection, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Support clients in the notification and handling of insurance claims and communicate with insurers and relevant parties.
• Maintain complete and accurate client, placement and opportunity data in WTW Serbia applications and prepare required reports.
• Contribute to new business development, client retention and achievement of the team’s commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in insurance, reinsurance or insurance broking, preferably with corporate clients.
• University degree with strong knowledge of commercial non‑life insurance products, contracts and broking processes.
• Ability to independently manage client relationships and the full broking and servicing process.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Serbian and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Holding an insurance brokerage licence is considered an advantage.
