Country Head Serbia

About the role

We are seeking a senior pharmaceutical business leader to act as Country Head for Serbia. The role will drive the overall performance of INSPHARMA’s local operations, combining commercial, marketing and market‑access expertise within a matrix organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Serbian business, taking full ownership of commercial performance, P&L and growth targets.
• Develop and execute market‑access strategies, including reimbursement, pricing and access pathways.
• Plan budgets, forecast sales and monitor business performance against objectives.
• Build, motivate and develop cross‑functional teams across Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory and Supply Chain.
• Manage external and internal stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers and corporate functions.
• Ensure alignment of commercial, marketing and market‑access perspectives in product launches and ongoing activities.
• Leverage digital and AI tools to improve processes and drive innovation.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with a strong focus on the Serbian market.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial results and managing budgets.
• Demonstrated people‑management experience and ability to lead teams in a matrix environment.
• Deep understanding of Serbian market‑access mechanisms, reimbursement and pricing.
• Fluent in Serbian and English.
