Creative Operations Manager

About the role

Qure is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to own the end‑to‑end creative production process. You will be the single point of contact that keeps editors, influencer managers and creative strategists aligned, while driving systems, AI tools and reporting that prove the impact of creative work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a growing team of editors, oversee workload balancing, deadlines, versioning, onboarding and first‑pass quality reviews.
• Own and optimise the ClickUp, Notion, Adnova, Creator Engine and internal dashboards, including permissions, automations and AI‑driven SOPs.
• Maintain the content pipeline for TikTok Shop, YouTube, Trybe and emerging platforms, ensuring QA before publishing.
• Participate in every creative, growth, planning and launch call, translating promotional calendars into concrete delivery plans.
• Provide daily AM/PM updates, act as the connective tissue between creative, influencer, media buying and support teams, and ensure zero‑error handovers.

Required profile

• 3+ years in creative operations, production or project management, preferably in fast‑moving ecommerce, agency or DTC environments.
• Proven experience managing a team, setting targets and handling performance conversations.
• Fluent with project/asset tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Google Drive (systems experience valued over specific tools).
• Daily habit of using AI for drafting SOPs, processing volume and spotting patterns.
• Familiarity with paid‑social creative workflows and short‑form video production.
• Excellent written and spoken English and comfort working with performance data and targets.
